Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

PCN World (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates pcnworld.com, a bookkeeping and tax consultancy website serving clients in the United States, Canada, and India. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or submit an enquiry, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry and to understand how our site is used.

1. What we collect

Contact form submissions

When you submit the enquiry form on our website, we collect your name and the message you write. We do not ask for your email address on the public-facing form; if you include contact details in your message, those are received as part of your text.

Form submissions are delivered securely to our inbox and are not stored in any database on our servers.

Analytics data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and what country traffic comes from. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

GA4 may set cookies in your browser to distinguish sessions. We have not enabled Google’s advertising, remarketing, or demographic features. The analytics measurement ID is not exposed on the client side and is used solely for traffic analysis.

What we do not collect

  • No payment or financial data of any kind
  • No passwords or account credentials (we have no user accounts)
  • No social media profile data
  • No advertising identifiers
  • No data from children — our services are intended for businesses and adults

3. Third-party services

We use a small number of reputable third-party services to operate this website — for hosting, email delivery, and aggregated analytics. Each service is bound by its own privacy policy and processes data only to the extent necessary for the function it provides.

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, retargeting services, or affiliate tracking of any kind on this website.

4. Data retention

Enquiry form submissions received in our inbox are retained for three years from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted. This period reflects our need to maintain records of client communications for professional and legal purposes.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months as configured in our GA4 property, after which Google automatically deletes it.

If you would like your enquiry data deleted before the three-year period, please contact us via the enquiry form and we will action your request within 30 days.

5. Cookies

Our website does not set cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. Google Analytics 4 may set one or more analytics cookies (prefixed _ga) to distinguish unique sessions. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information and are used solely to measure traffic patterns.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site. Opting out of Google Analytics entirely is also possible by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights over your personal information. To exercise any of them, please use the enquiry form on our website.

United States

We do not sell personal information. Californians may submit a verifiable consumer request via our enquiry form.

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to challenge its accuracy. You may also withdraw consent to our processing, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Contact us via the enquiry form to make a request.

India (DPDP Act 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access information about how your data is processed, to correct inaccurate data, and to request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. You also have the right to nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf. Submit requests via our enquiry form.

We will respond to all verifiable requests within 30 days.

7. Data security

Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are transmitted directly to our inbox via an encrypted API connection and are not written to any publicly accessible database. Access to our systems is restricted to the business owner.

No method of electronic transmission is completely secure. If you have concerns about sharing sensitive financial information through the form, we recommend noting that in your message and we will arrange a more secure channel.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
